When is my order shipped?

Orders placed by the morning (Monday to Friday) will be taken over on the same day and delivery follows the timing relating to the country of reference. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays and on public holidays, therefore they are made on the first following working day.

Is the order date different from the shipping date?


The order date refers to the moment in which the order was placed and confirmed on the site, otherwise, the shipping date refers to the moment in which the goods leave our warehouse and are taken over by the courier.

What are the destinations where you deliver?

Europe, except countries with custom 


Do you also deliver to an alternative address?

FédebyFéde can also deliver to an alternative address (e.g. your workplace); just specify the coordinates for delivery. FédebyFéde does not deliver to a post office box address or to post offices enabled for the "Poste Fermo" service, for security reasons.

How can I check the status of the shipment?

As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with all the shipping details. You will be able to check the status of the shipment directly on the courier's website by entering your tracking code provided in the shipping confirmation email.

What happens if the courier does not find me at the specified place for delivery?

Should you be absent from the place specified for delivery, the courier will leave a coupon in your mailbox or near your intercom and you will also be sent a further email specifying the date for the new delivery.
If the delivery attempts fail, the goods will go into storage at the courier's depots and you will be contacted by our customer service to provide the information necessary to release the stock. If you do not respond within 3 days of receiving the communication, the goods will remain in storage and you will not be refunded. Once in storage, all costs will be at your expense.


Will I be contacted by the courier before delivery?

As a rule, the courier does not make preventive phone calls and does not handle delivery requests at particular times.


If your order has been shipped, please wait to receive it and then contact our Customer Service (fedebyfedecollection@gmail.com) to request a return. We remind you that once the confirmation has taken place, the order can no longer be cancelled.


How can I return an item?

It is necessary to contact our Customer Service (fedebyfedecollection@gmail.com) no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods , to have the return authorization created before sending the product back to us. The garments must not be worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. All items must be returned as received.


I have received a different product than the one ordered, what should I do?

In the event that the product you received is different from the one you ordered, FédebyFéde will take full charge of the return. You will have to contact our Customer Service (fedebyfedecollection@gmail.com), no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods, who will create the authorization for the Return Service and coordinate with the courier to organize the collection, without any additional expense. As soon as the goods are returned to the warehouse, their conditions will be checked and subsequently, within 14 working days, the refund will be processed. Goods returned in unsuitable conditions will not be refunded. The refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to make the purchase and you will receive confirmation by e-mail at the address left in the order.


I received a product I don't like, what do I do?

Can I exchange a product purchased on ?

No. To replace a product you will always have to return it to the FédebyFéde ecommerce site.
